自体鼻翼软骨对于鼻尖肥大整形术患者鼻部生理功能及满意度的效果影响

摘　　要：目的分析自体鼻翼软骨对于鼻尖肥大整形术患者鼻部生理功能及满意度的效果影响。方法选取2016年1月~2020年12月我院鼻尖肥大患者92例,根据回顾性分析所有患者均选取自体鼻翼软骨进行鼻尖肥大整形术。对比治疗前后鼻部美容效果、塑形效果、鼻部生理功能、围术期变化、满意度、并发症变化。结果术后6个月患者鼻尖两顶尖距离、鼻尖高度、鼻长高度、鼻尖角较术前高(P<0.05);术后6个月患者鼻背抬高、鼻尖突出高度较术前高(P<0.05);术后6个月患者鼻腔阻力、鼻腔纤毛运动速率数值较高于术前(P<0.05);患者手术时长为(52.17±5.22)min,创口愈合时间为(8.76±0.88)d,且鼻尖矫正成功率为95.65%(88/92);患者非常满意为53例,满意为35例,不满意为2例,满意度为94.57%(87/92)例;所有患者并发症发生率为感染0例,疼痛7例,渗血7例,总发生率为15.22%(14/92)。结论鼻尖肥大整形术患者使用自体鼻翼软骨可以提高鼻部美容效果和塑形效果,维持鼻部生理功能,并能降低并发症,提高矫正成功率和满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of autologous alar cartilage on nasal physiological function and satisfaction in patients with nasal tip hypertrophy and plastic surgery.Methods 92 patients with nasal tip hypertrophy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected.According to the retrospective analysis,all patients selected autologous alar cartilage for nasal tip hypertrophy plastic surgery.The nasal cosmetic effect,shaping effect,nasal physiological function,perioperative changes,satisfaction and complications were compared before and after treatment.Results six months after operation,the distance between the two tips of the nose,the height of the nose tip,the height of the nose length and the angle of the nose tip were higher than those before operation(P<0.05);Six months after operation,the patients'nasal dorsum elevation and nasal tip protrusion height were higher than those before operation(P<0.05);6 months after operation,the nasal resistance and nasal ciliary movement rate were higher than those before operation(P<0.05);The operation time was(52.17±5.22)min,the wound healing time was(8.76±0.88)d,and the success rate of nasal tip correction was 95.65%(88/92);53 cases were very satisfied,35 cases were satisfied,2 cases were dissatisfied,and 94.57%(87/92)cases were satisfied;The incidence of complications in all patients was 0 infection,7 pain and 7 bleeding.The total incidence was 15.22%(14/92).Conclusion the use of autologous alar cartilage in patients with nasal tip hypertrophy and plastic surgery can improve the cosmetic and plastic effect of the nose,maintain the physiological function of the nose,reduce complications,and improve the success rate and satisfaction of correction.
