不同皮肤颜色人群进行调Q开关激光治疗雀斑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察调Q开关激光治疗不同皮肤颜色患者面部雀斑的疗效,旨在探讨调Q开关激光针对不同皮肤颜色的面部雀斑是否存在疗效差异,为激光治疗雀斑积累临床经验。方法选取2020年8月至2021年8月在我院就诊的106例面部雀斑患者作为研究对象,评估患者皮肤颜色分级,记录治疗效果。结果纳入观察的患者106例,进行皮肤颜色分级后采用532nm的调Q开关激光治疗次数为1~3次,痊愈率为86.79%。不同皮肤颜色患者之间的治疗效果、治疗次数无统计学差异。结论532nm的调Q开关激光治疗面部雀斑疗效好,不同皮肤颜色患者之间的治疗效果、治疗次数无明显差异。Objective To observe the efficacy of Q-switched laser in the treatment of freckle patients with different skin colors,in order to accumulate clinical experience for treatment of freckles with Q-switched.Methods To observe the skin color grading and therapeutic effect,from August 2020 to August 2021,a total of 106 patients with facial freckle in our outpatient department hospital were treated with Q-switched.Results After 1 to 3 times of 532nm Q-switch laser treatment,the recovery rate was 86.79%.According to the statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of Q-switch laser treatment on these different skin color grading.Conclusion 532nm Q-switched laser is effective in treating facial freckles,and there is no significant difference in treatment effect among patients with different skin colors.
