摘　　要：目的讨论研究在鼻综合整形中使用鼻尖自体肋软骨榫卯结构的价值。方法选择2013年12月到2019年12月期间院内4733例鼻综合整形患者,根据手术方法分为对照组(使用自体耳软骨支架)、观察组(使用鼻尖自体肋软骨榫卯结构),对比两组手术效果(包括手术成功率、切口愈合时间、鼻尖突出度、患者对手术满意评分)以及并发症发生风险(慢性感染、肿胀、鼻尖突出度下降、鼻部整体形态不良)。结果两组手术成功率、切口愈合时间等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组鼻尖突出度、患者对手术满意评分等各项数据信息明显比对照组更具优势(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组慢性感染、肿胀等并发症之间相关数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后两年鼻尖突度下降以及鼻部形态不良等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在鼻综合整形中使用鼻尖自体肋软骨榫卯结构能够增加鼻尖突出度,减少并发症,提升患者满意度,避免医疗不满意的发生。Objective To discuss the value of LOCK technique of nasal tip autologous costal cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty.Methods According to operation approach,4733 patients with rhinoplasty in hospital from December 2013 to December 2019 were divided into control group(using autologous auricular cartilage scaffold)and observation group(using nasal tip autologous costal cartilage LOCK technique).The surgical effects of the two groups were compared(including surgical success rate,incision healing time,nose tip protrusion,patient satisfaction score for the operation)and the risk of complications(chronic infection,swelling,decreased nose tip protrusion,poor appearance of the nose).Results There was no significant difference in operation success rate and incision healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had more advantages than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the related data(chronic infection and swelling)between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of complications such as two years postoperation the decrease of nose tip protrusion and the poor appearance of the nose were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The utilization of nasal tip LOCK technique of autologous costal cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty can improve the protrusion of the tip of the nose,reduce complications,improve patient satisfaction and avoid medical trouble.
