不对称缝合重塑去疤痕疙瘩耳垂的手术探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨不对称缝合重塑去疤痕疙瘩耳垂的临床应用效果和价值。方法选用2015年1月至2022年01月,东南大学附属江阴医院医疗美容科耳垂后侧疤痕疙瘩患者10例,切除患者耳垂后疤痕后,创面均呈椭圆形,椭圆形创面周边分离后止血,创面采用不对成缝合,重塑耳垂形态。结果术后患者耳垂有基本外形,从单侧观看,耳垂形态基本满意,所有患者术后随访3月,1例创口下疤痕稍有增生,曲安奈德及时注射,再次随访3月,疤痕未见扩大。其余9例患者未见新的疤痕疙瘩形成。结论不对称缝合重塑去疤痕疙瘩耳垂有较好的治疗效果,对耳后疤痕疙瘩可以推荐使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of asymmetric suture reconstruction of keloid free earlobe.Methods From January 2015 to January 2022,10 patients with keloids on the back of the earlobe in the medical cosmetology department of Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University were selected.After removing the scars of the earlobe,the wounds were oval.The oval wounds were sutured incorrectly to reshape the shape of the earlobe.Results The patients’earlobe had basic shape after operation.Viewed from one side,the shape of earlobe was basically satisfactory.All patients were followed up for 3 months.One case had slight hyperplasia of scar under the wound.Triamcinolone acetonide was injected in time.After another follow-up for 3 months,the scar did not expand.No new keloids were found in the other 9 patients.Conclusion:Asymmetric suture reconstruction of keloid free earlobe has a good therapeutic effect,and can be recommended for posterior keloid.
