改良倒T下蒂瓣法治疗乳房肥大症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良倒T下蒂瓣法治疗乳房肥大症的临床疗效。方法13例乳房肥大症患者,均采用改良倒T下蒂瓣法,设计切口线,标记下蒂部去表皮区,按划线范围去除多余乳房皮肤及肥大乳房组织,利用下蒂重塑乳房形态。结果术后随访所有患者3--12个月,平均10.6个月,13例患者术后创面愈合良好,无乳头乳晕坏死,1例单侧乳头感觉减退,6个月后逐渐恢复,术后乳房形态良好,瘢痕在可接受范围,患者满意。结论改良倒T下蒂瓣法是治疗中重度乳房肥大症的良好术式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified T pedicle flap in the treatment of breast hypertrophy.Methods Thirteen patients with breast hypertrophy were treated with modified interted lower pedicle flap method.The incision line was designed,the epidermal area of the lower pedicle was marked,the excess breast skin and hypertrophic breast tissue were removed according to the marking range,and the breast shape was reshaped with the lower pedicle.Results All patients were followed up for 3--12months,Average 10.6 months,13 patients had good postoperative wound healing without nipple and areola necrosis,1 pantient had unilateral breast sensory deline,which gradually recovered 6 months later,the breast shape was good,scar in acceptable range and the patients were satisfied.Conclusion The modified inverted T pedicle flap is a good method for the treatment of moderate and severe breast hypertrophy.
