Objective To investigate the clinical value of Q-switched laser in the treatment of pigmented skin diseases. Methods Eighty patients with pigmented skin diseases treated in our hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light, and the observation group was treated with Q-switched laser based on the conditions of the control group. The clinical efficacy, skin lesions before and after treatment, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment, the two scores of plaque color and plaque area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No severe scar and pigmentation occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusion Q-switched laser is effective in the treatment of pigmented skin diseases, and can reduce recurrence. It has high clinical value.
