摘　　要：隐匿性阴茎是一种罕见的先天性疾病,最常见于儿童。亦见于成年男性,最常见的是由肥胖引起,还可由阴茎手术后瘢痕导致。常给患者造成严重的生理及心理影响。但目前其病因、分类、手术方式及治疗时机尚无统一标准,现对此疾病的病因及整形外科治疗展开综述。Concealed Penis is a rare congenital condition that most commonly occurs in children.It is also seen in adult males and is most commonly caused by obesity and can also be caused by scarring after penile surgery.It often causes serious physical and psychological effects to patients.However,there is no uniform standard for its etiology,classification,surgical modalities and timing of treatment,so we would like to review the etiology and plastic surgery treatment of this disease.
