摘 要:以NREL 5MW水平轴风力机为研究对象,通过数值模拟方法,研究了未偏航状态和偏航状态下L小翼(β=45°、a=2m)对风力机气动性能的影响。通过分析叶尖处速度矢量图可知,安装L小翼能够降低叶尖扰流下洗速度,改变叶尖环量分布,减小叶尖涡强度,延缓叶尖处气流与叶片过早分离,增大了叶片上下表面压差,在较宽风速范围内提高了风力机的输出功率。当风力机处于偏航状态时,L小翼对风力机功率增升作用随着偏航角度的增大逐渐减小,随着风速的增大,功率增升作用先增大减小,在额定风速时功率增升效果最明显。L小翼增加了叶片转矩的同时降低了叶片输出转矩和轴向力的波动,改善输出电能品质,提高叶片抗疲劳性能,增加叶片使用寿命。TakingNREL 5MW horizontal axis wind turbine as the research object. Researching the influence of L tip vane(β=45°,a=2m)on the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine under unyaw state and yaw state by numerical simulation method.By analyzing the velocity vector at the tip of the blade,it can be seen that the L tip vane on the blade tip reduced the downwash velocity around the blade tip,change the distribution of tip ring,reduce the tip vortex intensity and delay the airflow separation at the tip of the blade. In addition the L tip vane can enhance the pressure difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the blades and increase the wind turbine output power within wide range of wind speeds. When the wind turbine is in the yaw state,the power increase of the L tip vane to the wind turbine gradually decreases with the increase of the yaw angle. As the wind speed increases,the power increase effect first increases and decreases and the power increase effect is most obvious at the rated wind speed. L tip vane increase blade torque while reduce blade output torque and thrust fluctuation. Ameliorating output power quality and enhancing blade fatigue resistance and increasing blade life.
