摘 要:针对螺纹联接结构在实际工况载荷下结合面相对滑动与螺栓(螺母)旋转松动失效预测精度较低的问题,通过研究结构参数、工况载荷与松动失效之间的内在关系和力学原理,建立松动失效判定准则;在此基础上建立实际螺纹联接结构的有限元模型,合理设置材料与接触属性,通过施加实际工况载荷进行有限元计算并提取被连接件结合面与螺纹面的摩擦应力与剪切应力,以此判定螺纹联接结构是否发生松动失效;最后,通过道路试验验证了所提方法的准确性与可靠性。Aiming at the problem that the prediction accuracy of the relative sliding and rotation loosening failure of threaded joints is low under the actual working loads,it establishes the criterion of loosening failure by studying the internal relationship and mechanical principle among structural parameters,actual working loads and loosening failure. On this basis,the finite element model of the actual threaded joint structure is established,the material and contact properties are set reasonably,and the actual working load is applied to calculate and extract the friction stress and shear stress between the joint surface of the connected parts and the screw surface,so as to determine whether the screw connection structure is loose or not. Finally,the accuracy and reliability of the proposed method are verified by road test.
