摘 要:提高换热器板束加工后的平直度已成为板束加工中需要迫切解决的问题。采用数值模拟方法,对板束矫直机理和矫直效果进行研究。首先,构建换热器板束有限元仿真模型,通过矫直实验验证有限元模型的正确性;然后,通过有限元矫直过程的模拟,分析板束在矫直过程中各路径上的应力、应变分布规律;最后,对影响矫直效果的上辊压下量和板束初始弧高进行影响因素分析。结果表明:利用有限元法可以准确模拟实验矫直过程,板束矫直中各路径应力、应变分布呈现高低起伏的波浪形状态,且上辊压下量对板束矫直效果影响较大,选用压下量为0.2mm时的板束矫直效果最好。Improving the straightness of heat exchanger bundles after processing has become an urgent problem in bundle processing. The straightening mechanism and straightening effect of bundles are studied by numerical simulation method. Firstly,the finite element simulation model of heat exchanger bundle is constructed and the correctness of the finite element model is verified by straightening experiment. Then,the stress and strain distribution law of the bundle on each path in straightening process is analyzed through the simulation of the finite element straightening process. Finally,the influence factors of upper roll reduction and initial arc height of plate bundle are analyzed. The results show that the finite element method can accurately simulate the straightening process. The distribution of stress and strain in each path of straightening is wavy,and the upper roll reduction has a great influence on the straightening effect. The straightening effect is the best when the reduction is 0.2mm.
