摘  要:党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入新时代。新时代社会经济形势的变化对劳动关系的发展产生了深刻的影响,一些老问题和新问题叠加显现。学术界围绕新时代劳动关系领域尚未解决的老问题和亟待解决的新问题开展了一系列研究。本文基于劳动关系主体的视角,回顾了新时代围绕劳动者、工会、雇主和政府的研究,将其归纳为弱势劳动者的权益保障、工会改革实践与新就业形态下的维权路径、企业多样化的劳动关系管理策略、政府劳动关系治理方式等方面。在对已有研究进行述评的基础上,本文提出了未来劳动关系研究应关注数字经济背景下的劳动者权益保障与争议处理机制、不同层级工会改革与工会工作机制创新、不同类型企业构建和谐劳动关系的策略及其影响、集体劳动关系柔性协调机制与平台劳动关系多元治理等。Since the 18th CPC National Congress, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The change of social and economic situation in the new era has a profound impact on the development of labor relations, and some old problems and new problems appear superimposed. The academic circle has carried out a series of researches on the unsolved old problems and urgent new problems in the field of labor relations in the new era. Based on the perspective of the subject of labor relations, this paper reviews the research on labor, trade union,employer and government in the new era. The research mainly focused on the protection of the rights and interests of the disadvantaged workers, the practice of trade union reform and the path of rights protection under the new employment form, the diversified labor relations management strategies of enterprises, and the governance methods of government labor relations, etc. Based on the review of existing research, this paper puts forward the future research should focus on the protections of laborer’s rights and interests and dispute resolution mechanism under the background of digital economy, different level trade union reform and work mechanism innovation, the different enterprises’ strategy in building a harmonious labor relationship and its influence, flexible collective labor relations coordination mechanism and the diversity governance of platform labor relations, etc.
