杭州889例卖淫嫖娼人员性传播性疾病病原体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解杭州市2018年—2020年因卖淫嫖娼羁押人群性传播性疾病的感染现状,为有针对地对该类人群的性传播性疾病控制及预防提供科学依据。方法对杭州市公安机关抓获的卖淫嫖娼羁押人群进行性传播性疾病病原体及血清学的检测。结果889例卖淫嫖娼人员中检出性传播性疾病405例,总检出率为45.56%,其中以生殖道支原体(解脲脲原体与生殖支原体)感染最多,292例,占32.84%;梅毒感染次之,48例,占5.40%;沙眼衣原体感染29例,占3.26%,淋病奈瑟菌感染为12例,占1.35%;卖淫者感染性传播性疾病与嫖娼者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.052,P<0.05)。无感染人类免疫缺陷病毒。结论杭州市卖淫嫖娼人群性传播性疾病感染率较高,卖淫者感染率高于嫖娼者,应继续加强对该类人群的监测管理和宣教干预。Objective To understand the current situation of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)infection among people detained for prostitution in Hangzhou City from 2018 to 2020,so as to provide scientific basis for the control and prevention of SDTs in this population.Methods Pathogenic and serologic detection was performed on sexually transmitted diseases from the prostitutes and whoremongers who were arrested by public security organs in Hangzhou City.Results A total of 405 cases of sexually transmitted diseases were detected among 889 cases of prostitutes and whoremongers,and the total detection rate was45.56%;Mycoplasma genitalium(Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma genitalium)infection was the most common(n=292,32.84%),followed by syphilis(n=48,5.40%),Chlamydia trachomatis(n=29,3.26%),andNeisseria Gonorrhoeae(n=12,1.35%);there was statistical significance on the difference in sexually transmitted diseases among prostitutes(χ^(2)=2.052,P<0.05),and none was infected with the human immunodeficiency virus.Conclusion The infection rate of sexually transmitted diseases is high among whoremongers in Hangzhou,and the infection rate in prostitutes is higher than that in whoremongers.We should continue to strengthen the monitoring management and education intervention for this group of people.
