摘 要:采用贝雷法和Fuller公式分段方法设计超大粒径级配碎石,依托郑登快速路试验段工程,应用于旨在增强超大粒径级配碎石基层整体性和均匀性的施工工艺中,并采用Pavement Quality Indicator(PQI)重点关注了试验路段的均匀性。结果表明:第一,超大粒径级配碎石经过级配检验,证明其构成了紧密骨架密实结构,力学指标相比于骨架型级配碎石和连续型级配碎石均有较大提高;第二,通过试验路弯沉测试、雷达扫描和压实度检测,发现其作为沥青路面基层,具有强度高、连续性好、密实均匀的优点。因此,超大粒径级配碎石的应用研究对于防止路面反射裂缝的产生和公路长寿命服役有着一定的意义。In this paper, the Bailey method and Fuller formula segmentation method are used to design the large particle size graded gravel. Relying on the test section project of Zhengzhou-Dengfeng Expressway,the construction technology aimed at enhancing the integrity and uniformity of the large particle size graded gravel base is applied,and the pavement quality indicator(PQI)is used to focus on the uniformity of the test section.The results show that:firstly,the large particle size graded gravel has undergone gradation inspection,which proves that it constitutes a compact framework and dense structure.Compared with the skeleton-type graded crushed stone and the continuous-type graded crushed stone,the mechanical indexes are greatly improved;secondly,through the test road deflection test,radar scanning and compaction detection,it is found that as an asphalt pavement base layer,it has the advantages of high strength,good continuity,and uniform density.Therefore,the application research of large particle size graded gravel is of great significance for preventing the generation of pavement reflection cracks and the development of long-life highways.
