摘 要:目的将超声-辅助逆王水提取法对PM2.5消解效果与国家标准HJ 657—2013对比,以验证超声-辅助逆王水提取法可以作为快速、准确提取PM2.5中24种金属元素的一种前处理方法,同时探究稀土元素(REEs)的提取率。方法采用随机的100个实际样品,等量的PM2.5膜分别采用超声-辅助逆王水提取法和国家标准HJ 657—2013前处理法制备消解液,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对消解液中24种金属元素进行测定,测定结果使用Spearman模型做相关性分析。结果该方法测定值与国家标准HJ 657—2013测定结果相关性显著(P<0.05),除稀土元素外其他元素的相关性系数(r_(p))均在0.8以上。通过引入与PM2.5基体相似的5种参考物质校准系数后,稀土元素相关性系数(r_(p))均在0.9以上。结论与国家标准对比,超声辅助-逆王水提取法对PM2.5中24种金属元素提取效果明显,提高了实验时效性、准确性,为PM2.5样品中24种金属元素测定提供了快速、简便的前处理方法。Objective To compare the ultrasonic-assisted-inverse aqua regia extraction method with the national standard HJ657—2013 pretreatment method in dispelling PM2.5,so as to verify the former could be used as a pretreatment method to quickly and accurately determine 24 kinds of metallic elements in PM2.5,as well as study the extraction rate of rare earth elements(REEs).Methods A total of 100 samples were randomly collected.The same amount of PM2.5 membrane was extracted by ultrasound-assisted aqua reversa extraction method and the national standard HJ 657—2013 pretreatment method to prepare the digestion solution.Subsequently,the 24 kinds of metallic elements were determined in the digestion solution by ICP-MS,and Spearman model was used for correlation analysis.Results The measurement value of the method was significantly correlated with the measurement result of the national standard HJ 657—2013(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients(r_(p))of other elements except rare earth elements were all above 0.8.Five soil standard reference materials similar to the PM2.5 matrix were used to calculate the calibration coefficient,and the calibrated correlation coefficients(r_(p))of REEs elements were above 0.9.Conclusion Compared with the national standard,the ultrasonic-assisted-inverse aqua regia extraction method showed incredible obviously for the obvious effect,which improved timeliness and accuracy.Moreover,it developed an easy,accurate pretreatment method for 24 kinds of metallic elements in PM2.5 samples.
