摘  要:目的了解1株乙型流感病毒株的全基因组序组进化特征,以及与疫苗株匹配情况。方法对湖州市分离的1株乙型流感病毒株进行全基因组测序,通过BioEdit软件对核苷酸序列整理及氨基酸序列分析,Mega 7.0软件邻接法构建进化树,并对该分离株的系统发育、分子特征及生物学特性进行分析。结果测序得到的B/wuxing/China/1211/2021株经分析属于乙型流感Victoria系的V1A-2进化族。与推荐的当年度疫苗株相比,HA区有3个氨基酸位点发生变化,且第197位糖基化位点由D变为N;NA区有4个氨基酸位点发生变化,糖基化位点未发生变化。对神经氨酸酶抑制剂敏感性降低。结论B/wuxing/China/1211/2021株未出现具有流行病学意义的大变异,与推荐的当年疫苗株匹配性尚可,但需要密切关注病毒的变异情况,从而更科学有效的防控流感的流行。Objective To study the whole genome sequence,genetic evolution status and its matching with vaccine strain of a strain of influenza B virus.Methods The whole genome of an influenza B virus strain isolated from Huzhou City was sequenced.The nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence were analyzed by BioEdit software.The phylogeny,molecular characteristics and biological characteristics of the strain were analyzed by Mega 7.0 software adjacence method.Results The B/wuxing/China/1211/2021 strains belong to V1A-2 evolutionary family of influenza B Victoria.Three amino acid sites were changed in HA region,and the glycosylation site at 197 changed from D to N.Four amino acid sites in NA region were changed,while there was not change at glycosylation sites,whose sensitivity to neuraminidase inhibitors decreased.Conclusion B/wuxing/China/1211/2021 has no significant epidemiological variation,and its matching with the recommended vaccine strain of the same year was acceptable.However,it is necessary to pay close attention to the variation of the virus,so as to prevent and control the epidemic of influenza more scientifically and effectively.
