论东汉初期南部边疆经略的特殊性

摘　　要：东汉初期,面对复杂的边疆局势,边疆经略表现出很大的差异性。东汉对南部边疆南蛮和西南夷的积极经略与北部边疆的消极防守形成强烈反差,在处理南部边疆事务时往往态度坚决、果断,手段也比较强硬。东汉之所以对南部边疆特殊关照,主要原因在于人口和经济重心的南移,南部边疆战略地位提高,统治者经略南部边疆有着明显的“郡县意识”,且南部用兵相对规模较小、持续时间短,不会伤及东汉根本。Due to complex frontier situations in the early Eastern Han Dynasty,there were great differences in frontier management and government.The Eastern Han Dynasty’s active handling of the southern frontier of South Man(Nanman)and Southwest Yi(Xinanyi)was in sharp contrast to its passive defense of the northern frontier.The main reason why the Eastern Han Dynasty paid special attention to the southern frontier lies in the southward shift of population and economic center.The strategic position of the southern frontier was improved.The rulers had an obvious consciousness of“prefectures and counties”when ruling the southern frontier.The use of troops in the south is relatively small in scale and short in duration,and will not be negative to the governance of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
