摘 要:为明确复合管内衬材料在油田加剂(添加破乳剂、缓蚀阻垢剂)集输工况的适用性,以采出油和采出水为介质,采用反应釜构建油田加剂集输服役环境来分析国产JHMGC100GW型高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)试样在压力0.8 MPa、温度25℃的加剂条件下浸泡介质前后的形貌和性能变化。结果表明,无论加剂与否,试样在集输介质中浸泡后均产生溶胀现象,加剂后采出油中试样表面产生长度小于裂纹扩展临界值0.1 mm的微裂纹;未加剂条件试样体积增率超过标准限定值5%,加剂条件体积增率满足标准限定要求,而质量增率均小于5%;添加剂在抑制集输介质渗透的同时,自身也向试样内渗透;试样拉伸强度变化率最大为+6.72%、断裂伸长率变化率最大为+34.28%,基本满足标准限定要求;加剂后,采出油、采出水中试样拉伸强度比未加剂分别降低4.76%和10.43%,硬度分别降低0.7%和1.88%,断裂伸长率分别提升13.2%和19.3%,缺口冲击强度分别提高1.09%和5.51%,维卡软化温度最高为136.8℃,高于初始试样,耐热性能良好。结果表明,国产复合管内衬材料JHMGC100GW型PE-HD可以在加剂工况的集输介质使用。In order to clarify the applicability of composite pipe lining materials in additive(adding demulsifier,corrosion and scale inhibitors)gathering system of oilfields,using a reactor to construct the additive gathering service environment of oilfields under additive condition of 0.8 MPa,25℃,the morphology and performance changes of domestic JHMGC100GW high density polyethylene(PE-HD)samples were studied experimentally before and after soaking medium with produced oil and produced water as medium.It is found that under the non-additive or additive condition,swelling phenomena of the samples all occur after soaking in the gathering medium,and under additive condition,cracks are produced on the surface of the sample in the produced oil with length of less than 0.1 mm of critical value of crack propagation.The volume increase rate in medium without additives exceeds the standard regulation of+5%while it meets the standard range in medium with additives,the mass increase rates of the samples are less than 5%.The additives permeates into samples,meanwhile they inhibits the gathering mediums penetration.The maximal change rate of tensile strength and elongation at break of samples can meet the standard regulations with details as+6.72%and+34.28%,respectively.Compared with the non-additive condition,under the additive condition,the tensile strength and hardness decrease by 4.76%and 10.43%,0.7%and 1.88%,while the elongation at break and impact strength increase by 13.2%and 19.3%,1.09%and 5.51%in the produced oil and produced water,the maximal Vicat softening temperature is 136.8℃and is higher than that the initial sample,which demonstrates the heat resistance is good.The results show that this domestic composite pipe lining material,JHMGC100GW PE-HD,can be applied in the gathering system when adding demulsifier,corrosion and scale inhibitor.
