摘　　要：我国沿海港口在服务国家战略和经济发展中发挥了重要作用。从建设投资、运输需求、功能创新、短板差距等维度,总结“十三五”期我国沿海港口发展的阶段性特征,分析“十四五”期社会经济发展新环境对沿海港口的影响和要求,研判“双循环”新发展格局下沿海港口需求趋势,从强化枢纽能级、提升品质、创造价值、融合开放等方面提出“十四五”期沿海港口发展思路与建议,为我国沿海港口加快推进高质量发展、提速世界一流港口建设进程提供参考。China’s coastal ports play an important role in serving the national strategy and economic development. In this paper, we summarize the stage characteristics of coastal port development in China during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period from the perspectives such as construction investment, transportation demand, function innovation, and shortcomings and gaps, analyze the impacts and requirements of the new environment for socio-economic development during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period on and for coastal ports and study and determine the demand trend of coastal ports under the new development pattern of “dual circulation.” On this basis, we put forward the development ideas and suggestions of coastal ports in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, including strengthening the hub efficiency, improving quality, creating value, and integration and opening up. The study can provide references for promoting the high-quality development of China’s coastal ports and accelerating the construction of world-class ports.
