摘  要:运用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟方法,对决定高粘度齿轮泵性能的两类参数的影响与优化进行研究,泵体结构参数中齿数与卸荷槽的尺寸对泵的内部压力场变化影响较大,尤其是困油区域,可以结合介质粘度参数对其进行优化;泵运行参数中介质温度对泵性能的影响较小,泵的输入转速与输出压力的提高都会导致泵内部压力场的变化,正比提高泵内部尤其是困油区域的压力数值,因此,高粘度齿轮泵适合的工况为低速轻载小功率。研究结果可为高粘度齿轮泵的优化设计提供理论支持。In this paper,through making use of the CFD numerical simulation method,both influence and optimization of two kinds of parameters that determine the performance of high viscosity gear pump were studied to show that,the number of gear teeth and the size of unloading groove has a great influence on the internal pressure field of the pump,especially in the trapped oil area and it can be optimized in combination with the medium viscosity parameters;the medium temperature of the pump operating parameters has small influence on the pump performance and the increasing of the input speed and output pressure of the pump leads to the change of the internal pressure field of the pump,which is proportional to the increasing of the pressure value,especially in the trapped oil area.Therefore,the suitable working condition of the high viscosity gear pump is low speed,light load and low power.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical support for the optimal design of high viscosity gear pump.
