摘 要:目的分析怀化地区不同年龄组男性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染亚型分布及流行病学特点,为男性HPV感染早期筛查、预防、诊断提供临床依据。方法采用DNA反向斑点杂交技术,回顾性分析742例男性患者的HPV DNA亚型、感染率和年龄分布。结果742例男性标本中检出HPV阳性者376例,总阳性率为50.67%,其中单纯低危基因型122例(32.45%),单纯高危基因型68例(18.09%),低危型与高危型混合感染186例(49.47%)。低危型以HPV6(27.40%)感染为主,其次为HPV11(12.40%)。高危型以HPV52(10.40%)感染为主。各年龄段均以单一感染为主,其次为双重感染。在5个年龄组中,≥51岁男性HPV阳性率最高(70.21%),其次为≤20岁年龄组(57.50%)。结论怀化地区男性HPV感染率较高,感染情况以单一感染为主,低危亚型以HPV6和HPV11为主要感染亚型。高危亚型以HPV52和HPV16为主要感染亚型。Objective To analyze the subtype distributions and epidemiological characteristics of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in different aged males in Huaihua area and to offer clinical evidence for early screening,prevention and diagnosis of male HPV infection.Methods The HPV DNA subtypes,infection rates,and age distribution of 742 male patients were retrospectively analyzed using DNA reverse dot hybridization.Results A total of 376 positive cases were detected from742 specimens of male patients,with the overall infection rate of 50.67%,among which 122 cases(32.45%)belonged to single low-risk genotypes;68 cases(18.09%)belonged to high-risk genotypes,while 186 cases(49.47%)were the mixture of low-risk genotypes and high-risk genotypes.A lot of common low-risk genotypes of HPV infection were HPV6(27.40%),followed by HPV11(12.40%),and the most common high-risk genotypes of HPV infection were HPV52(10.40%).Single infection was the dominant in each age group,followed by the superinfections.In the five age groups,the positive rate of≥51 years group was the highest(70.21%),followed by that of the≤20 years group(57.50%).Conclusion Most common HPV infection is single infection in Huaihua area.The main low-risk genotypes are HPV6 and HPV11,and the main high-risk genotypes are HPV52 and HPV16.
