摘 要:目的探讨6种常见细胞因子在斑秃患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2020年5月—2021年4月在本院皮肤科就诊的斑秃患者47例,所有患者根据脱发面积、斑秃数量、病程时间、疾病活动性分组,同时选取30例本院健康体检者作为对照组。采用流式微球技术检测IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α的表达水平,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果斑秃患者外周血IL-2和IL-10显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而IFN-γ显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α在2组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。轻症组和重症组、稳定期和活动期者、不同病程斑秃患者之间6种细胞因子的表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但多个斑秃组外周血IL-4显著低于单个斑秃组(P<0.05)。结论斑秃患者外周血IL-2、IL-10以及IFN-γ表达水平有显著改变,与斑秃发病存在密切关联,但可能与斑秃的疾病进展无关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of 6 common cytokines in the peripheral blood of alopecia areata patients.Methods A total of 47 patients with alopecia areata treated in the dermatology department of the hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected.All the patients were grouped according to the area of alopecia,the number of alopecia areata,the duration of the disease,and the disease activity.At the same time,30 healthy patients in the hospital were selected as the normal control group.The levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γand TNF-αwere detected by cytometric bead array,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The expression of IL-2 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood of alopecia areata patients were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the expression of IFN-γwas significantly higher than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the differences in the expressions of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the levels of 6 cytokines between mild and severe groups,stable and active stages,and different durations of alopecia areata patients(P>0.05),but the expression of IL-4 in peripheral blood of multiple alopecia areata group was significantly lower than that of single alopecia areata group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IL-2,IL-10 and IFN-γin the peripheral blood of patients with alopecia areata were significantly changed,which were closely related to the onset of alopecia areata,but may not be related to the disease progression.
