摘 要:目的:探究业余冰球运动员一次性HIIT训练后立即摄入碳水化合物(Carbohydrate,CHO)和蛋白质(Protein,PRO)混合营养补剂对唾液抗菌蛋白分泌型免疫球蛋白A(secretory immunoglobulin A,SIgA)、溶菌酶(lysozyme,LZM)、α-淀粉酶(α-Amylase,AMS)的影响。方法:16名健康男性业余冰球运动员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组8人,首先利用递增负荷运动实验测定所有受试者的最大摄氧量(VO2max)和峰值功率(PPO),并根据每位受试者的VO2max和PPO分别确定各自的HIIT运动方案;于一周后各组受试者进行HIIT训练和唾液抗菌蛋白测试:进行8组1min 100%VO2max对应强度训练与75s 30W间歇训练的循环HIIT训练,并在训练前收集对照组和实验组受试者的唾液样本;运动后对照组补充安慰剂溶液,实验组补充CHO和PRO混合溶液。采用ELISA反应试剂盒分别测试训练前(基线值)和HIIT训练后即刻、30min、1h、2h、4h、24h唾液样本。结果:(1)实验组和对照组SIgA在训练后即刻均略有下降,训练后4h基本恢复到训练前水平,实验组SIgA在训练后24h与训练前和对照组相比均有显著提高(P<0.05)。(2)实验组和对照组AMS在训练后即刻稍有升高之后逐渐下降,并在训练后2h时两组与训练后即刻相比均出现了显著下降(P<0.05),但两组间没有显著差异。(3)对照组在HIIT训练后30min与训练后1h的LZM水平与训练前相比有显著性下降(P<0.05),实验组在HIIT训练后各时刻与训练前相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验组在训练后各时刻与对照组相比,在训练后1h和训练后24h的LZM水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:业余冰球运动员一次性HIIT训练后补充碳水化合物和蛋白质混合补剂可在运动后1h明显提升LZM水平,在运动后1h明显提升SIgA和LZM水平。业余冰球运动员一次性HIIT训练后补充碳水化合物和蛋白质混合补剂对于AMS水平影响不大,AMS水平可能受运动强度及兴奋程度影响大。Objective: To investigate the effects of carbohydrate(CHO) and protein(PRO) mixed supplements of carbohydrates(CHO) and protein(PRO) in amateur hockey athletes immediately after one-off HIIT training on salivary antimicrobial protein secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA), lysozyme(LZM), α-amylase α(AMS). Methods:Sixteen healthy male ice and snow enthusiasts were randomly divided into experimental group(E-group, N-8) and control group(C-group, N-8), respectively, to test the maximum photography and peak power measurement stage,HIIT training stage and saliva antibacterial protein testing stage. Maximum photography and peak power measurement stage: the maximum oxygen intake(VO2max) and peak power output(PPO) were determined for all subjects using the incremental load motion experiment, and the respective HIIT motion schemes were determined according to vo2max and PPO of each subject 8 groups of 1min 100% VO2max corresponding intensity training with 75s 30W interval training cycle HIIT training and collected saliva samples of Group C and Group E subjects prior to training, supplemented with supplements after exercise, C group supplemented placebo solution, and group E supplemented with a mixture of CHO and PRO solutions. Saliva antibacterial protein testing phase: test saliva samples before training(baseline value), collect SIIT training immediately after the end and after training 30minutes and 60 minutes, 2h, 4h, 24h saliva samples, using ELISA reaction kit testing method to test saliva samples. Result: 1. the SIgA of the experimental group and the control group decreased slightly immediately after training, and basically recovered to the pre-training level 4 hours after training. The SIgA of the experimental group was significantly improved at 24 hours after training compared with those before training and the control group(P < 0.05).2. the AMS of the experimental group and the control group increased slightly immediately after the training and then gradually decreased, and 2 hours after the training, the two groups
