摘  要:目的:观察补充复合1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)运动营养合剂对沈阳市男子赛艇运动员抗氧化机能和运动能力的影响。方法:选取沈阳市男子赛艇运动员30名,随机分为实验一组10名(营养补剂2倍量)、实验二组10名(营养补剂1倍量)和对照组10名(安慰剂),采用同一训练计划进行3周训练,于训练前后分别进行30min的赛艇测功全力仪测试,并进行相关抗氧化指标SOD、MDA及训练学指标30min完成距离、最后1min完成距离、完成后即刻心率的测试。结果:抗氧化指标测试:实验后实验一组和实验二组SOD水平均显著性提高(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验后实验一组MDA非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01),实验后实验二组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。测试成绩和测试的相关指标:30min完成距离,实验一组和实验二组与实验前相比均有非常显著性提高(P<0.01),实验后实验一组显著性高于对照组(P<0.05)。最后1min完成距离,与实验前相比,对照组实验后未见显著性差异(P>0.05),实验一组实验后有非常显著性提高(P<0.05),且实验后显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验二组实验后有显著性提高(P<0.05),实验后与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。完成后即刻心率(HR),与实验前相比,实验后三组测试结果均未见显著性差异(P>0.05),组间对比亦未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。完成后即刻血乳酸(Bla),与实验前相比,实验后实验一组显著性提高(P<0.05),实验二组和对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:补充复合1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)运动营养合剂,可有效提升青年男子赛艇运动员机体抗氧化水平,提升无氧和有氧耐力,特别是无氧耐力,并可有效提高耐力项目运动成绩;二倍量组效果明显好于一倍量组。在实践中,可针对不同训练状态和需要使用不同的补给量。Objective:observing the effects of compound fructose 1,6 diphosphate(FDP) sports nutrition mixture on antioxidant function and sports ability of male youth rowers in Shenyang, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development and application of sports nutrition for myocardial protection and repair.Methods:Shenyang man rowing athletes 30, divided into the experiment group 1 with randomized method 10(2times), 2 groups of 10 test(1 times the amount), and motion control group 10(placebo), use the same training,training plan for three weeks before and after training respectively for 30 minutes twice rowing dynamometer meter test, Relevant antioxidant indexes and other training indexes were collected. Results:1, antioxidant index test:(1)Superoxide dismutase(SOD) test group 1, 2 significantly increased(p<0.05), and was significantly higher than that of exercise control group(P< 0.05).(2) Malondialdehyde(MDA) in test group 1 was significantly lower than that in exercise control group(P< 0.01), the experimental group 2 was significantly lower than that of exercise control group(p<0.05). 2. Test results and test related indicators:(1)30min completion distance, compared with before the test group 1 and 2 were significantly improved(P<0.01);Compared with control group, test group 1 was significantly higher(p<0.05),(2) In the last 1min, there was no significant difference in the distance between the control group and the control group after the test, and the distance in the test group 1 was significantly increased and significantly higher than that in the exercise control group(p<0.05), experimental group 2 significantly increased(p<0.05), and there was no significant difference compared with exercise control group.(3)The heart rate(HR), compared with before the test, there was no significant difference in the test results of the three groups, and there was no significant difference between the groups.(p>0.05)(4) Blood lactic acid(Bla) immediately was significantly increased in test group 1 co
