摘　　要：枳实消痞丸由半夏泻心汤、枳术丸和四君子汤三方化裁而成,具有健脾消积、行气除痞满之功效,多用于治疗脾胃疾病。枳实消痞丸药性以甘、辛、苦为主,入脾经、胃经,以枳实为君、厚朴为臣,降气除痞满;干姜、半夏、黄连和胃消痞,是调节气机消痞的核心;人参、茯苓、白术、甘草健脾益气、化湿利浊,以固后天之本。全方以消为主,以补为辅,应用于胃痛、吐酸、痞满、便秘、便溏、呕吐、口腔溃疡等胃肠道疾病中,疗效较佳。临证时,应根据患者气虚、气滞、食积、气逆等证候不同,灵活加减药物或剂量,以达到补泻兼施、标本同治的目的。此外,在治疗期间应避外感、节饮食、慎起居、调情志,以起到预防调养作用。Immature Bitter Orange and Glomus-Dispersing Pill is made from Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction,Immature Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill,and Four Gentlemen Decoction.It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and eliminating accumulation,promoting qi and removing fullness.It is mostly used to treat spleen and stomach diseases.Immature Bitter Orange and Glomus-Dispersing Pill is mainly sweet,pungent and bitter,enters the spleen and stomach meridians,takes Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus)as sovereign,Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis)as minister to reduce qi and eliminate fullness.Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)and Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)can harmonize the stomach and eliminate fullness,and are the core of regulating qi movement and eliminating fullness.Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Fuling(Poria),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),and Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)can invigorate the spleen and nourish qi,remove dampness and turbidity,so as to consolidate the acquired foundation.The whole prescription is mainly based on elimination and supplemented by reinforcement.It is applied to gastrointestinal diseases such as stomach pain,acid vomiting,fullness,constipation,loose stool,vomiting,oral ulcer and so on.In case of clinical syndrome,drugs or doses should be flexibly increased or decreased according to the different syndromes of patients,such as qi deficiency,qi stagnation,food accumulation and qi conter-flow,so as to achieve the purpose of both reinforcing and reducing,treating manifestation and root cause concurrently.In addition,during the treatment period,the patients should avoid external contraction,save diet,be careful in daily life and regulate emotions,so as to achieve the role of disease prevention and recuperation.
