摘　　要：目的:总结冯志荣教授治疗肺癌的用药规律。方法:收集冯教授治疗肺癌的中药处方,建立处方数据库,运用Excel进行频数及频率分析,采用统计学软件进行关联分析、聚类分析和因子分析,并对分析结果进行修正补充。结果:共纳入处方207张,涉及中药186味,挖掘出高频(频数≥40次)中药26味。关联分析得到113条关联规则,提升度>1.11的中药药对20个;聚类分析形成有效聚类方7个,因子分析提取出公因子9个,累计方差贡献率为64.73%;整理核心药物组合5个。结论:冯教授治疗肺癌注重药对的使用,多采用益气养阴、清热解毒、活血化瘀、止咳化痰等治法。Objective:To summarize the medication law of Professor Feng Zhi-rong in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Professor Feng′s TCM formulas for the treatment of lung cancer were collected.The formula database was established;the frequence and frequency were analyzed by Excel;the correlation analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis were carried out by statistical software,and the analysis results were corrected and supplemented.Results:A total of 207 formulas were included,involving 186 kinds of Chinese medicinals,and 26 high-frequency Chinese medicinals(frequency being equal or more than 40 times)were excavated.A total of 113 association rules and 20 Chinese medicinal pairs with promotion degree over 1.11 were obtained by association analysis.Cluster analysis formed 7 effective cluster formulas;factor analysis extracted 9 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.73%;a total of 5 core drug combinations were sorted out.Conclusion:Professor Feng pays attention to the use of drug pairs in the treatment of lung cancer.The clinical drugs are mainly used to replenish qi and nourish yin,clear away heat and detoxification,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,stop cough and remove phlegm.
