肺痿方经皮离子导入联合神灯照射治疗间质性肺疾病29例

摘　　要：目的:观察肺痿方经皮离子导入联合神灯照射治疗间质性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:将58例间质性肺疾病患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各29例。对照组给予肺痿方离子导入治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合神灯照射治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后中性粒细胞计数、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后呼吸困难分级Borg量表评分、圣·乔治呼吸问卷(St George′s respiratory questionnaire,SGRQ)评分、中医证候积分、6分钟行走距离(six-minute walk distance,6MWD)。结果:两组患者治疗后IL-6、ESR及CRP低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Borg量表评分及SGRQ评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后6MWD大于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为79.3%,治疗组有效率为96.6%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺痿方经皮离子导入联合神灯照射治疗间质性肺疾病,可有效缓解患者临床症状,减少急性加重发作次数,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lung Atrophy Decoction percutaneous iontophoresis in combination with magic lamp irradiation on interstitial lung diseases(ILD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with ILD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lung Atrophy Decoction percutaneous iontophoresis,while the treatment group was combined with magic lamp irradiation on the basis of the control group.The levels of neutrophil count,interleukin-6(IL-6),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and dyspnea rating Borg scale score,St.George′s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score,TCM syndrome score and six-minute walk distance(6 MWD)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,IL-6,ESR and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Borg and SGRQ scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and all the difference were statistically significant(P 0.05).The 6 MWD of the two groups after treatment was greater than that before treatment,and the 6 MWD of the treatment group after treatment was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 79.3%in the control group and 96.6%in the treatment group.There was significant difference between the two group
