摘　　要：目的:观察封闭负压引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗粉刺性乳痈的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年3月在河南省中医院甲状腺乳腺外科治疗的粉刺性乳痈患者60例,随机分为VSD组和常规手术组,每组30例。常规手术组患者给予乳房病损切除联合脓肿切开引流术,VSD组患者冲洗干净脓腔后,给予腔隙内放置VSD引流装置。观察两组患者术后换药次数、切口愈合时间、疼痛评分、切口愈合程度及半年内复发率等。结果:VSD组患者术后换药次数少于常规手术组,切口愈合时间短于常规手术组,疼痛程度评分低于常规手术组,术后切口甲级愈合率、半年内复发率低于常规手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:粉刺性乳痈患者术后使用封闭负压引流技术,能明显缩短术后住院时间,缓解疼痛,降低短期复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on acne mastitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acne mastitis treated in Thyroid and Breast Surgery Department of Henan Province Hospital of TCM from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the VSD group and the routine operation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the routine operation group were given mastectomy combined with abscess incision and drainage,while the ones in the VSD group were given VSD drainage device in the cavity after washing the pus cavity.The postoperative dressing change times,wound healing time,pain score,wound healing degree and recurrence rate within half a year were observed.Results:The postoperative dressing change times of patients in the VSD group were lesser than those in the conventional operation group,the wound healing time was shorter than that in the conventional operation group,the pain score was lower than that in the conventional operation group,and the grade A wound healing rate and recurrence rate within half a year were lower than those in conventional operation group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of VSD in patients with acne mastitis can significantly shorten the postoperative hospital stay,relieve pain and reduce the short-term recurrence rate.
