白玉膏联合五黑散治疗小儿尿布皮炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白玉膏联合五黑散治疗小儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选择在上海市金山区中西医结合医院门诊及病房治疗的80例尿布皮炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组在基础护理的基础上采用莫匹罗星软膏联合爽身粉外涂治疗,治疗组在基础护理的基础上采用白玉膏联合五黑散外涂治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后皮损程度评分、面部表情疼痛量表(faces pain scale-revised,FPS-R)评分及皮肤红斑、糜烂消退时间,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:治疗组皮损程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组FPS-R评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿疮面愈合时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治愈率为75.0%,治疗组治愈率为87.5%,两组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白玉膏联合五黑散治疗小儿尿布皮炎,可缩短疮面愈合时间,改善患儿临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of White Jade Paste combined with Five-Black Powder on diaper dermatitis in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with diaper dermatitis treated in the outpatient and ward of Jinshan District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Shanghai were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mupirocin Ointment combined with Talcum Powder on the basis of basic nursing.While the treatment group was treated with White Jade Paste combined with Five-Black Powder on the basis of basic nursing.The scores of skin lesions,facial pain scale revised(FPS-R)and the regression time of erythema and erosion were observed,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of skin lesions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The FPS-R score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The healing time of sore surface in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The cure rate was 75.0%in the control group and 87.5%in the treatment group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:White Jade Paste combined with Five-Black Powder in the treatment of diaper dermatitis in children can shorten the healing time of sore surface and improve the clinical symptoms of children.
