芪仙通络方治疗恢复期脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪仙通络方治疗恢复期脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年6月在武陟济民医院治疗的脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用养血清脑颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用芪仙通络方治疗。两组患者均连续治疗60 d。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、血小板参数和血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候积分和NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血小板聚集率和平均血小板体积均低于治疗前,血小板计数高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、红细胞聚集指数均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为7.50%、5.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪仙通络方治疗恢复期脑梗死,能有效改善患者神经功能和运动功能,降低血液黏滞性。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Astragalus Meridian-Dredging Decoction in the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Wuzhi Jimin Hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Blood-Nourishing and Brain-Clearing Granules,while the observation group was treated with Astragalus Meridian-Dredging Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 60 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score,national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,platelet parameters and hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and average platelet volume of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the platelet count was higher than that before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity high shear,whole blood viscosity low shear and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and all the differences wer statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 7.50%and 5.00%respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In terms of convalescent cerebral infarction,Astragalus Meridian-Dredging Decoction can effectively improve neurological an
