药食同源类中药防治阿尔茨海默病研究进展

摘　　要：防治阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′disease,AD)的药食同源类中药主要包括清热药、温里药、收涩药、安神药、活血化瘀药和补虚药等。目前,针对单味药食同源类中药防治AD的研究较少,且多在组方研究中出现。药食同源类中药广泛应用于老年痴呆等慢性疾病的防治中,采用多种组学技术和系统生物学方法,挖掘新的作用靶点,明确其作用机理,逐步研发防治AD的新药。此外,药食同源类中药在AD中的临床疗效研究相对匮乏,应将中药理论与临床实践相结合,丰富中药治疗AD的科学内涵,发挥传统中药的优势,为治疗AD开辟新的途径。Chinese medicinals with homology of medicine and food for prevention and treatment of Alzheimer′s disease(AD)mainly include heat-clearing medicinal,interior-warming medicinal,discharge-arresting medicinal,tranquilizing medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,tonifying medicinal,etc.At present,there are few studies on prevention and treatment of AD with single Chinese medicinal with homology of medicine and food,and some of them appear in the study of formulas.This kind of Chinese medicine is widely used in prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as AD.A variety of omics techniques and systems biology methods are used to explore new action targets,clarify its action mechanism,and gradually develop new drugs for prevention and treatment of AD.In addition,the research on the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicinals with homology of medicine and food is relatively scarce.In the future,it is necessary to combine the theory of Chinese medicinals with clinical practice,enrich the scientific connotation of Chinese medicinals in the treatment of AD,give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicinals,and open up a new way for the treatment of AD.
