摘  要:将钢渣碳化反应后的尾渣含铁料进行磁选,将选出的磁选精粉和磁选尾粉进行返烧结工艺可行性研究。分析磁选精粉和磁选尾粉的化学成分并计算添加到烧结工艺后对高炉铁水P含量的影响。通过磁选精粉烧结杯试验,分析其对烧结成分和烧结指标的影响,证明磁选精粉可以返回烧结工序使用。The ferric charge for tailings after carbonization reaction of steel slag is with magnetic separation,then the feasibility study of returning to sintering for concentrate powder and tail powder of magnetic separation is carried out.Their chemical components are analyzed and the effects of adding them into sintering process on content of P for molten iron of blast furnace are calculated.The effects of concentrate powder of magnetic separation on the sintering components and indexes are analyzed through its sinter pot test.Finally,it is proved that the concentrate powder of magnetic separation can return to sintering process to be used.
