摘 要:为最大限度地降低物料压榨脱水后的滤饼水分,提高自动压榨机处理效率,通过计算信息熵得到各个指标的权重,将权重应用到TOPSIS法正负理想序列的求解中去,再利用灰色关联度方法分析入料浓度、入料时间、压榨时间、风干时间等4个操作参数对正负理想序列和脱水指标、效率的相关程度,获得影响综合压榨指标的主次要素。结果表明:对滤饼水分影响程度从大到小依次为入料时间、风干时间、压榨时间、入料浓度;对每小时单位面积处理量影响程度从大到小依次为入料浓度、风干时间、入料时间、压榨时间;综合影响程度从大到小依次为入料时间、压榨时间、风干时间、入料浓度。该研究结果可为物料压榨脱水过程中的参数调整提供理论支撑,为脱水过程的优化提供指导。For reducing the cake moisture to a minimum level and improving working efficiency of filter press,the weight of each index is first determined by calculation of entropy of information,and the calculated results are then introduced in the TOPSIS positive-negative ideal sequence solutions.The degree of correlations of each of the 4 operating parameters of feed concentration,feeding time,pressing time and air drying time with the positive-negative ideal sequence and dewatering efficiency of filter press are determined through gray correlation analysis for defining the primary and secondary factors that exert influence on the composite dewatering indicators.As evidenced by study results,in terms of degree of influence on cake moisture,ranked first is feed time which are followed in descending order by air drying time,pressing time and feed concentration;with the respect to the effect on capacity per unit of a filter press,the a-bove-going ranking is changed to the sequence as follows:feed concentration>air drying time>feeding time>pressing time;and as viewed from the general aspects,the most influential factor is feeding time which is followed in descending order by pressing time,air drying time and feed concentration・The research-derived achievements provide a theoretical support for the adjustment of working parameters during material dewatering process and a guidance for the optimization of dewatering process.
