生化分析仪检测脂血指数的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清脂血指数在检测前标本质量的作用以及在临床诊疗中的应用价值。方法选取2021年4月至2021年8月临床送检的49210例血标本,采用罗氏Cobas 701生化分析仪自动检测脂血指数,分析脂血标本的分布情况及构成比。结果总脂血率为0.68%;门急诊及住院(0.73%、0.72%)高于体检(0.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性(0.94%)高于女性(0.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院科室中肿瘤科最高(2.85%)。脂血指数>40的338份标本中,大多数脂血指数介于40-300之间,占95.26%。结论生化免疫分析仪脂血指数可用于检测脂血程度和评价干扰,目测脂血程度可能影响患者安全。Objective To investigate the role of lipemic index in monitoring the quality of samples from pre-analytical phase and its value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 49210 blood specimens sent for clinical examination from April,2021 to August,2021 were selected for the study,and the lipemia index was automatically detected by Roche Cobas 701 biochemical analyzer to observe the distribution and composition ratio of lipemia specimens.Results Of all the blood samples analyzed,0.68%were lipemic.The lipemic frequencies of samples from outpatient,emergency and inpatient settings were markedly higher than that from physical examination center.Samples from Oncology Department showed the highest lipemic frequency(2.85%).The haemolysis frequency of samples from different sexes and age groups showed statistically significant differences.Among all the 338 lipemic samples,those 40<LI≤300 occurred most frequently(up to 95.26%).Conclusion The lipemic index determination by biochemistry analyzer can be used for detecting sample lipemic degrees and evaluating interference.Visual assessment of lipemic degree may affect patients’safety.
