摘　　要：氟[^(18)F]化钠(^(18)F-NaF)是一种正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET)药物,主要用于诊断成骨性反应活跃的骨疾病,尤其是恶性肿瘤骨转移的诊断。由于药物本身的特性以及PET/CT相对于单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)/CT的优势,^(18)F-NaF PET/CT显像相比于^(99)Tc-^(m)亚甲基二膦酸盐(^(99)Tc^(m)-MDP)SPECT/CT具有高灵敏度和高特异性的特点,能更早发现SPECT/CT不能探测到的病灶。这对肿瘤治疗方案的选择和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。另外,氟[^(18)F]化钠也能够有效鉴别具有破裂高风险的冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块。本文就^(18)F-NaF PET/CT在多种骨骼疾病诊断中的应用作一综述。^(18)F NaF is a type of positron emission computed tomography(PET)tracers,which is mainly used in the diagnosis of bone disease with active osteogenic reaction,especially in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of malignant tumors.Due to its characteristics and the advantages of PET/CT compared with SPECT/CT,^(18)F-NaF PET/CT imaging has a high sensitivity and specificity compared with ^(99)Tc^(m)-MDP single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),which can detect undetectable lesions earlier.Because of this critical ability,this method has important clinical significance during the choice of tumor treatment and prognosis.In addition,sodium fluoride can also effectively identify coronary atherosclerotic plaques with a high risk of rupture.This article provides an overview of the clinical application of ^(18)F-NaF PET/CT in the diagnosis of various skeletal diseases.
