摘  要:恶性肿瘤晚期常发生骨转移,产生明显的骨痛,靶向放射性核素治疗可显著缓解骨痛。乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸(ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic,EDTMP)具有亲骨性和螯合能力强的良好化学性质。放射性核素衰变发出的射线产生的辐射生物效应,可破坏病变组织或细胞而达到治疗目的。钐-153(Sm-153)、镥-177(Lu-177)、铥-170(Tm-170)等放射性核素标记的EDTMP药物可利用EDTMP的骨靶向性和核素射线的杀伤作用,近年来广泛用于骨转移疼痛治疗。研究结果显示,核素标记EDTMP药物治疗骨转移疼痛安全有效、不良反应小,可显著减轻骨痛、降低镇痛药需求量,改善患者生活质量,有重要的临床研究和应用价值。Bone metastasis is a common feature of malignancies,particularly during late stages,can result in severe bone pain.Targeted radionuclide therapy can alleviate the bone pain significantly.Ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid(EDTMP)has excellent chemical properties of bone targeting and strong chelating ability.The radiation biological effect produced by the radiation emitted by the decay of radionuclides can destroy the diseased tissues or cells to achieve the expected treatment goal.Samarium-153(Sm-153),Lutetium-177(Lu-177),Thulium-170(Tm-170)and other radionuclide labeled EDTMP drugs,taking advantage of both the bone targeting of EDTMP and the killing effect of radionuclide rays,have been widely prescribed for the pain treatment of bone metastasis in recent years.Previous study results have showed that the radionuclide labeled EDTMP drugs were safe and effective in the treatment of bone pain with low side effects.These drugs can effectively palliate the bone pain and improve the quality of life of patients,which are of great value in clinical research and application.
