摘　　要：动物DNA分析是法医非人源DNA分析的重要内容,对提供侦查线索和审判依据具有特殊的法医学价值。法医动物DNA分析主要涉及家养动物和野生动物两大类别。本文以动物DNA分析在法庭科学中的应用为切入点,综述了动物个体识别、亲缘鉴定、物种鉴定等,动物DNA分析中的遗传标记、检测技术等,并提出法医动物DNA分析存在的问题以及未来展望。Animal DNA analysis,having special value in forensic science by providing investigative clues or trial evidences,is one of the most important tasks of forensic non-human DNA investigation.Forensic animal DNA analysis mainly involves domestic animals and wildlifes.From the point of the applications of animal DNA analysis in forensic science,we reviewed the genetic markers and detection technologies in forensic animal DNA analyses such as animal individual identification,kinship testing and species identification,and put forward the existing problems and future prospects of forensic animal DNA analysis.
