摘　　要：在介绍目前多种高温烟尘除尘技术基础之上,重点介绍了陶瓷膜除尘器,并分析了其在高温除尘技术中的独特优势;说明了陶瓷膜除尘器过滤机理及粉尘层和脉冲反吹对过滤效果的影响。针对目前国内外陶瓷膜除尘器在高温除尘技术中的应用研究现状,表明了陶瓷膜除尘器的实际应用价值,并提出陶瓷膜除尘技术应该从降低制备成本、拓宽应用领域、发展耦合技术等方面着手,进一步扩大其应用范围,以此获得更多的经济效益和环保效益。Based on the introduction of many kinds of high temperature dust removal technologies,the ceramic membrane filter was mainly introduced,and its unique advantages in high temperature dust removal technology were analyzed.The filtration mechanism of ceramic membrane filter and the influence of dust cake and pulse jet cleaning on the filtration effect were explained.The practical application value of ceramic film precipitator was indicated according to the application research status of ceramic film precipitator in high temperature dust removal technology at home and abroad.It was suggested that the ceramic membrane dust removal technology should be started from the aspects of reducing the preparation cost,broadening the application field and developing the coupling technology,so as to further expand its application scope,and obtain more economic and environmental benefits.
