摘 要:为解决工业生产中生成的工业废渣电石渣利用问题,本文进行了影响电石渣与冶金废水处理产物硫酸钙滤渣水分含量研究。结果表明:通过三因素五水平的正交实验确定了影响电石渣与冶金废水反应产物硫酸钙滤渣水分含量主要影响因素的主次为反应温度>溶液pH值>反应时间。在反应温度为10℃、pH为2.5、反应时间为3~5 h条件下反应产物硫酸钙滤渣水分含量最低。在此优化工艺条件下,产物硫酸钙滤渣水分含量达到商品化要求,具有应用可行性。In order to solve the problem of the utilization of industrial waste residue generated in industrial production,the influence of moisture content of calcium sulfate filter residue from calcium carbide residue and metallurgical wastewater treatment product was studied.The results showed that the three factors and five levels of orthogonal experiment determined that the main factors affecting the moisture content of calcium sulfate filter residue reaction product between calcium carbide slag and metallurgical wastewater were reaction temperature>solution pH value>reaction time.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 10℃,pH of 2.5 and reaction time of 3~5 h,the moisture content of calcium sulfate filter residue of the reaction product was the lowest.Under the optimized process conditions,the moisture content of the product calcium sulfate filter residue reached the commercial requirements,and had the feasibility of application.
