摘  要:研究了在低温条件下C/N比变化对序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)的脱氮性能、脱氮速率及胞外聚合物(EPS)的影响。结果表明,随着进水C/N比由13.3增大至20.0,COD的去除和SBBR的脱氮性能未受明显影响,表现为COD和NH_(4)^(+)-N的去除率分别维持在92.18%±0.53%和98.54%±0.57%;SBBR的脱氮速率上升,表现为比氨氧化速率、比亚硝酸盐氧化速率、比亚硝酸盐还原速率和比硝酸盐还原速率分别上升了14.57%、13.05%、8.12%和10.77%;EPS及其中的多糖和蛋白质含量降低。The effect of the change of C/N ratio on the denitrification performance,denitrification rate and extracellular polymeric(EPS)of Sequential Batch Biofilm Reactor(SBBR)under low temperature conditions was studied.The results showed that with the influent C/N ratio increased from 13.3 to 20.0,the removal of COD and the denitrification performance of SBBR were not significantly affected and the removal rates of COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N were maintained at 92.18%±0.53%and 98.54%±0.57%,respectively.The denitrification rate of SBBR increased and the specific ammonia oxidation rate,the specific nitrate oxidation rate,the specific nitrate reduction rate and the specific nitrate reduction rate increased by 14.57%,13.05%,8.12%and 10.77%,respectively.EPS and its polysaccharide and protein content were decreased.
