摘 要:采用马来酸酐(MA)与三乙醇胺(TEA)开环制备了功能单体MA-TEA,并与丙烯酸(AA)、异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)共聚,合成了新型水泥助磨剂。研究了单体比例、TPEG分子量、引发剂用量和反应温度对助磨剂转化率和助磨性能的影响。最佳制备工艺为n(AA)∶n(TPEG)∶n(MA-TEA)=1.5∶0.5∶1,TPEG分子量为1200,引发剂用量为单体总摩尔量的2%,聚合温度60℃。该助磨剂与三乙醇胺相比,3 d和28 d的水泥砂浆的抗压强度分别提高8.0%和4.1%,抗折强度分别提高8.3%和9.2%。A new type cement grinding aid was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA),isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)and functional monomer MA-TEA,which was prepared by ring opening reaction of maleic anhydride(MA)and triethanolamine(TEA)in aqueous solution.The influence of monomer ratio,TPEG molecular weight,dosage of initiator and reaction temperature on the conversion and grinding performance of cement grinding aids was studied.It was found that the optimal conditions for the preparation of grinding aid were as follows:n(AA)∶n(TPEG)∶n(MA-TEA)=1.5∶0.5∶1,the molecular weight of TPEG was 1200,the dosage of initiator t was 2%and the polymerization temperature was 60℃.The obtained grinding aid was compared with the triethanolamine,the result showed that the compressive strength of cement mortar on 3 d and 28 d increased by 8%and 4.1%respectively,and the flexural strength increased by 8.3%and 9.2%respectively.
