摘 要:选用临汾某焦化企业经处理后的反渗透高碱度浓水为处理对象,采用一级混凝沉淀除氟、二级化学絮凝除硬的连续预处理方法。着重研究了氯化钙、PAC加药量,浓水pH值及反应时间等相关参数对除氟除硬效果的影响。实验结果表明:在氯化钙浓度为1.0 g/L、PAC浓度为0.2 g/L的一级除氟条件下,浓水中氟离子浓度即降至10 mg/L以下;二级除硬阶段调节浓水pH至11.0、反应时间控制在20~25 min,浓水中总硬度降至60 mg/L以下。The treated RO high alkalinity concentrated water of a coking enterprise in Linfenwas selected as the treatment object,and the continuous pretreatment methods of primary coagulation sedimentation fluoride removal and secondary chemical flocculation hardness removal were adopted.The effects of calcium chloride,PAC dosage,concentrated water pH value and reaction time on the effect of fluoride and hardness removal were studied.The experimental results showed that under the condition of primary fluoride removal with calcium chloride concentration of 1.0 g/L and PAC concentration of 0.2 g/L,the fluorine ion concentration in concentrated water decreased to less than 10 mg/L.In the secondary hardening stage,adjusted pH of concentrated water to 11.0,controlled the reaction time to 20~25 min,the total hardness of concentrated water was reduced to less than 60 mg/L.
