摘 要:以工业纳米SiO_(2)为原料,十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷为表面改性剂,制备了一种改性纳米SiO_(2)。借助激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、六速流变仪和滤失仪,对比了改性前后纳米SiO_(2)在钻井液中的粒度分布和微观形貌特征,以及对钻井液流变性能和滤失性能的影响。通过模拟地层渗透率测试实验,评价了不同纳米SiO_(2)对纳微米孔隙的封堵能力。实验结果表明,改性纳米SiO_(2)呈单分散状态,对钻井液的流变性能影响较小,具有较强的滤失造壁能力和封堵能力。A modified nano-SiO_(2) was synthesized with industrial nano-SiO_(2),1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorodecyl-trimethoxysilane as surface treating agent.Using laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope(SEM),six-speed electronic rheometer and filtration apparatus,particle size distribution,micro-morphological feature,rheological behavior and filtration properties were compared with industrial nano-SiO_(2) and surface modified nano-SiO_(2) individually.The plugging ability to micro-facture formation was further tested via permeability of simulated formation test.The results showed that the modified nano-SiO_(2) was monodisperse,had little influence on the rheological properties of drilling fluid,and had strong ability of filtration and wall building and plugging.
