摘  要:利用X射线衍射和偏光显微镜对不同产地花蕊石矿物成分、含量差异做分析。通过XRD分析表明河南、陕西、河北和广西的方解石矿物含量相对较高,偏光显微镜分析发现河南产花蕊石中方解石分布最为均匀,其次是陕西和和广西,而陕西汉中花蕊石中方解石分布不均匀,其余6产地未见方解石,与滴定法测定花蕊石主要药用成分CaCO_(3)含量均具有一致性,从矿物成分及结构上对不同产地花蕊石进行产地甄别及质量评价,为临床用药选择提供参考。X-ray diffraction and polarizing microscope were used to analyze the differences in mineral composition and content of ophicalcitum from different habitats.XRD analysis showsed that the calcite mineral content in Henan,Shaanxi,Hebei and Guangxi was relatively high.Polarized light microscope analysis showsed that calcite distribution in ophicalcite from Henan was the most uniform,followed by Shaanxi and Guangxi,while calcite distribution in ophicalcite from Hanzhong,Shaanxi was uneven,and calcite was not found in the other six producing areas,which was consistent with the content of CaCO_(3),the main medicinal component of ophicalcite determined by titration.the production areas and quality evaluation of ophicalcite from different producing areas were carried out from mineral composition and structure,providing reference for clinical drug selection.
