摘　　要：安庆石化分公司渣油加氢装置设计运行周期为18个月,随着装置运转的延长,催化剂活性逐步下降,运转到末期时催化剂失活情况更加严重,第一反应器R-101的压差上升速率明显加快,这直接影响了装置掺炼渣油量和运转周期,为解决这个问题,安庆石化分公司200万吨/年渣油加氢装置准备甩开第一反应器前50天使用压降抑制剂,以便延长装置生产运行周期和末期掺重能力。The design operation cycle of slag hydrogenation unit is 18 months,with the extension the operation of the unit,the catalyst activity gradually decreases,catalyst inactivation becomes more serious at the end of the operation,and the rise rate of the first reactor R-101 is significantly accelerated,which directly affects the amount of the unit and operation cycle,To solve this problem,Anqing Petrochemical Branch 2 million tons/year slag hydrogenation plant used pressure drop inhibitor for 50 days before the first reactor,in order to extend the production cycle and end weight mixing capacity.
