摘 要:注水管道登录老平台侧立管及立管卡子部分,通常是在陆地完成建造,通过船舶运输至海上油田进行的海上安装。当存在依托油田也正在陆地建造而尚未出海时,需匹配工期并对立管及卡子是否能够在陆地预安装进行技术及经济方案比选。本文以某海上油田立管及立管卡子安装方案为例,现有可利旧进行陆地安装的立管尺寸与设计尺寸存在差异,需对立管利旧对新建注水管道尺寸影响分析,进行立管利旧进行陆地预安装与海上后安装施工的比选。通过对技术方案梳理,投资费用差异分析,对多方案进行投资费用比选,最终得出最优技术经济方案。The riser and riser clamp part of the water injection pipeline on the side of the old platform are usually completed on land and transported to the offshore oil field by ship for offshore installation.When the existing oil fields are also being built on land but have not yet gone to sea,it is necessary to match the construction period and compare and select the technical and economic schemes for whether the pipes and clips can be pre installed on land.Taking the riser and riser clip installation scheme of an offshore oil field as an example,the existing riser size for land installation is different from the design size.It is necessary to analyze the impact of riser reuse on the size of new water injection pipeline,and compare the riser reuse for land pre installation and offshore post installation.Through combing the technical scheme,analyzing the difference of investment cost,comparing and selecting the investment cost of multiple schemes,the optimal technical and economic scheme is finally obtained.
