摘 要:海底管道是海上油气输送的生命线,稠油管道输送流动安全保障问题尤为突出,稠油具有低温粘度大、流动性差、再启动压力高等特点,因此,研究稠油管道流动安全保障极为重要。本文以渤海某稠油油田及新建管道为研究对象,针对该油田2条新建管道不同工况下的流动安全保障进行了分析研究,制定了合理的预热、置换和再启动方案,保障了管道输送安全,为稠油管道流动安全保障设计提供了一定基础。The subsea pipeline is the lifeline of offshore oil and gas transportation,the problem of flow assurance in heavy oil pipeline is particularly prominent,heavy oil has the characteristics of high viscosity,poor flow ability and high restart pressure at low temperature,therefore study on the flow assurance of heavy oil pipeline is very important.A heavy oil oilfield in Bohai and the new built pipelines were taken as the research object,flow assurance of the 2 pipelines under different condition was studied,the reasonable schemes of preheating,displacement and restart were formulated,which ensured the pipeline transportation safety,a certain basis for the flow assurance design of heavy oil pipeline was provided.
