摘　　要：近年来,社会主义经济得到进一步发展,城镇化建设已经成为经济再上一步台阶的重要契机,如果想抓住这个契机,解决好三农问题是推进城镇化的前提。作为城镇化的建设者需要均衡各方利益,从根本上促进农村经济发展。党的十九大做出了一个重要决策:实施乡村振兴战略,发展有农村特色的经济模式,转变发展方式,注重高质量发展,提倡特色发展,解决三农问题,让农村经济重新焕发活力。In Recent years,socialist economy has got further developed,and the construction of urbanization has become an important opportunity for the economy to take another step.For better seizing this opportunity,the premise of promoting urbanization is solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The builders of urbanization need to balance the interests of all parties and fundamentally improve the rural economy.For revitalizing rural economy,the 19th CPC National Congress has made important decisions:implementing the rural revitalization strategy,developing an economic model with rural characteristics,changing the mode of development,attaching great importance to high-quality development,promoting development with distinctive characteristics,and solving issues involving agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
