摘　　要：目的探索妇科和乳腺恶性肿瘤康复期妇女的社区心理支持和干预效果。方法选取黄浦区2019年登记在册的参加“退休和生活困难妇女妇科、乳腺病筛查”并确诊为恶性肿瘤的康复期妇女,对其进行心理支持干预,在干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量(QOL)测评表评价其心理状态的改善情况。结果在心理干预后,肿瘤康复期妇女的社会支持提高,SAS和SDS评分显著下降,QOL评分上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对妇科和乳腺恶性肿瘤康复期的妇女进行心理干预有助于改善心理状态、提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of community psychological support and intervention of women in the rehabilitation period of gynecological and breast cancer.Methods The rehabilitation women who participated in the Gynecological and Breast Disease Screening for Retired and Difficult Living Women and were diagnosed with malignant tumors in Huangpu District in 2019 were selected for psychological support intervention.Before and after the intervention,the Anxiety Self-Scale(SAS),Depression Self-Rating(SDS)and Quality of Life(QOL)Scale were used to evaluate the improvement of psychological status of women in tumor rehabilitation.Results After psychological intervention,the social support of community women in the rehabilitation period was improved;SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased,and QOL scores increased;there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention is helpful to improve the mental state and life quality of community women in the rehabilitation period of gynecological and breast cancer.
