摘 要:为改善棕榈纤维柔软度和细化纤维,研究了草酸铵+复合酶联合处理工艺。探讨了草酸铵质量浓度、温度、时间的单因子影响,进行了漆酶质量浓度、酸性木聚糖质量浓度、时间、温度、pH值的L_(16)(4^(5))正交试验,并进行纤维性能对比。结果表明:草酸铵5.5 g/L,温度100℃,时间70 min,漆酶3.0 g/L,酸性木聚糖酶5.5 g/L,时间70 min,温度50℃,pH值5.0为最优处理工艺方案;此方案下棕榈纤维的断裂强度为7.7 cN/dtex,纤度为0.6 tex,柔软度为296捻/20 cm;相对未处理的棕榈纤维,断裂强度降低了45.8%,纤度降低了57.7%,柔软度提升了48.7%,改善了纤维性能,为后续产品开发提供参考。In order to improve the softness and refinement of palm fiber,ammonium oxalate and complex enzyme combined treatment process was studied.This paper discussed the single factor impact of ammonium oxalate mass concentration,temperature,and time.Then,L_(16)(4^(5))orthogonal test was performed on laccase mass concentration,acidic xylan mass concentration,time,temperature,and pH value,and the performance was compared.The results indicated that the optimal process could be obtained under the following condition:mass concentration of ammonium oxalate was 5.5 g/L,the treatment temperature was 100℃,the treatment time was 70 m,the mass concentration of laccase was 3.0 g/L,the acid xylanase was 5.5 g/L,the treatment time was 70 m,the treatment temperature was 50℃,pH 5.0;the breaking strength of palm fiber reached 7.7 cN/dtex,the linear density was 0.6 tex,and the softness was 296 twist/20 cm.Compared with unprocessed palm fiber,the breaking strength was reduced by 45.8%,the linear density was reduced by 57.7%,and the softness was increased by 48.7%.The process improved the properties of palm fiber,and provided a reference for subsequent product development.
