铁路敞车与棚车贯彻国防要求研究

摘　　要：为进一步加强铁路敞车和棚车军事运输适应性,提高我军铁路运输能力,分析我军使用敞车和棚车在实施铁路军事运输中存在的现实问题。针对问题,从优化敞车捆绑加固的功能角度出发,对敞车增设绳座和设置改进型下侧门搭扣;从优化棚车捆绑加固和改善生活保障的功能角度出发,对棚车设置可钉钉防火地板、增设嵌入式地栓、增设折叠挂钩、设置可拆卸式马桶、增设端窗,通过对敞车与棚车进行贯彻国防要求进而规范与完善铁路敞车和棚车的设计和建造。最后,从完善法规制度、制定技术标准、研发专用车辆三个方面提出铁路敞车与棚车更适合军事交通运输需求的发展建议。In order to further strengthen the adaptability of gondola car and boxcar in military railway transportation and improve the railway transportation ability of our army,the practical problems of gondola car and boxcar in military railway transportation were analyzed.Aiming at these problems,from the point of view of optimizing the function of tying and reinforcing gondola cars and boxcars,the gondola cars were provided with the additional rope seats and improved lower side door buckles,the boxcars were provided with a fire-proof floor which can be nailed,an embedded floor bolt,a folding hook,a detachable toilet and an end window,the design and construction of railway gondola and boxcar are standardized and improved by implementing the national defense requirement.Finally,from three aspects of perfecting laws and regulations,formulating technical standards and developing special vehicles,the development suggestions for railway gondola cars and boxcars are put forward.
